JOB DESCRIPTION
3form is looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This role will focus on all Operations roles. A successful recruiter will collaborate with managers and supervisors on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers at all levels to identify hiring needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Identify and build effective sourcing strategies for all jobs.
- Screen, interview, and refer candidates for additional interviews.
- Focus on hiring the right candidates.
- Manage the complete recruiting process.
- Maintain knowledge of organizational structure and job responsibility changes in all areas of the Company.
- Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect all employees' rights to privacy.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
