Description:
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team at New Engen. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top talent for our agency roles, with a particular focus on building relationships with local colleges and universities to attract and hire recent graduates. You will also provide support to our recruiting manager on a variety of recruiting initiatives across the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of agency roles at pace
  • Represents New Engen brand in the marketplace
  • Build and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities in Seattle to create a pipeline of top talent
  • Attend career fairs and other recruiting events
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Provide support to the recruiting manager on a variety of recruiting initiatives
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records
  • Partners closely with people team and agency stakeholders to build a diverse team
  • Process hiring paperwork and maintain employee records

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably with Marketing Agency
  • Experience sourcing, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Ability to own and fill 3+ reqs at pace
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (JazzHR experience a plus)
  • Passionate about candidate experience
  • Ability to influence leaders and facilitate stakeholder discussions and debriefs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and customer service mindset
  • Thrives as part of small, scrappy team and flexible wearing multiple hats
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen, positive energy and presence
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with people analytics and reporting a plus

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
