We are looking for a Recruiter, Go-to-Market (6 month-contract) to join our team! In this role, you will be a trusted business partner to our various Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders. You’ll collaborate and define our recruiting strategy, owning full-cycle efforts, and ensuring every candidate has a delightful experience from source to close. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you would be working out of the San Francisco office at least two days of the work week.
At Truework, you would be responsible for:
- Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial reach out to offer to close; ensuring a strong pipeline and that the candidate experience is thoughtful and intentional every step of the way
- Partner with and support hiring across the GTM org (which includes: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, and Sales Engineering)
- Strategically and creatively source passive candidates while partnering with our GTM team members to generate referrals as well
- Ensure scaleable & structured hiring plans for all roles, ensuring consistent and objective evaluation and assessment processes
- Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process while acting as their advisor and advocate through each and every step of the way
- Leverage your recruiting metrics to inform your activity needs, which you'll interpret and present to hiring managers
- Track and document candidate communications in Greenhouse
- Lead debrief discussions and manage feedback timeliness and quality
What we’re looking for:Â
- 2+ years (3+ preferred) of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within GTM functions
- Familiarity with relevant sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, etc.)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (preferred)
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent
- Experience coaching, advising, and consulting hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting process to ensure they make the best hire
- Experience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams
- Thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You value your candidates' and hiring managers' time and are relentless with delivering a high-touch and quality recruiting experience
- A team player mentality and a positive attitude. We are a small organization so you’ll need to be comfortable wearing many hats

Cash Compensation:
Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $48.00-58.00/hour for candidates based at our hub in San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. This is a contract position for a six month period, there may be an opportunity to convert depending on performance and business needs.
