Job Description

Our client, a professional services firm located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract to hire opportunity. The preferred background would consist of 1+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator, Bachelor's degree and from the professional services industry.

Compensation: Pay:$17-$22/hour, Salary after conversion: $45K-52K + bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead interview scheduling process, working closely with candidates and interviewers across the firm
  • Act as a system administrator for our applicant tracking system (ATS) and super user, including ensuring database integrity and maintaining ATS data
  • Pull weekly, quarterly, end of year and ad hoc reports related to talent acquisition
  • Prep materials and host candidates for interviews in the Chicago office
  • Manage technology needs for interviews
  • Support campus recruiting team on group interview days by prepping materials, greeting and rotating candidates
  • Assist in logistic management of on campus presentations and dinners
  • Manage corporate credit card for all team related charges
  • With team members, initiate and drive improvement initiatives across all areas of talent management
  • Complete onboarding tasks for new hires as assigned
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues of all levels at the firm
  • Manage content on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least one year of experience in recruiting coordination
