Summary/ObjectivesÂ
The Recruiting Operations Coordinator is an integral partner in managing Tanium's recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Tanium. A successful Recruiting Operations Coordinator at Tanium will be an organizational guru, who works effectively with hiring managers and candidates and possess great communication skills. This person must have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Preferred Location: This is a full-time role with a hybrid work environment. Â
Essential Job FunctionsÂ
- Be responsible for facilitating the entire candidate interview process: scheduling interviews and phone screens, arranging travel for visiting candidates, creating offer documents, and initiating background checksÂ
- Advocate for the candidate and deliver a world-class candidate experienceÂ
- Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on recruiting status via phone and emailÂ
- Partner with managers and recruiters to develop recruiting interview strategiesÂ
- Build strong relationships with candidates, the talent acquisition team, and our business partnersÂ
- Act as a super-user for our ATS, including updating candidate records, tracking recruiting activities, reviewing metrics and auditing jobsÂ
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate data Â
- Use data to inform operational efficiency and effectiveness Â
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling efficiencies Â
- Assist the talent acquisition and operations teams on various activities as assigned, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, managing job postings & positions, etc.Â
Minimum & Preferred Job QualificationsÂ
EducationÂ
- BS/BA or equivalent experience requiredÂ
ExperienceÂ
- 1+ years of coordination or administrative support experience required, 3+ years preferredÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skills requiredÂ
- Experience working with Greenhouse preferredÂ
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferredÂ
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organizational skills preferredÂ
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment preferredÂ
