Primary Purpose: β€’ The Center for Educator Success is designed to transform educator talent pipelines by partnering with districts to reimagine a comprehensive approach to educator recruitment and retention. Reporting to the Officer of Certification and Partnerships, the Recruitment Manager will serve as a critical member of Certification and Partnerships team, responsible for coordinating and managing the admissions and certification process in accordance with Texas Administrative code. Qualifications: Education/Certification: β€’ Master’s degree from an accredited, preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: β€’ Demonstration of flexible thinking and problem solving β€’ Ability to learn quickly and take initiative β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Demonstrated success recruiting students, teachers, or potential candidates for new roles β€’ Ability to work efficiently and intensely in an entrepreneurial environment β€’ Regularly demonstrate exceptional work products and habits β€’ Willingness to both give and receive feedback β€’ Excellent people skills: able to work in a diverse environment and get along with everyone β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills β€’ Excellent organization, time management and follow-through β€’ Non-instructional position which requires considerable attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to think systematically Experience: β€’ Experience working in traditional or alternative certification programs, preferred β€’ Experience working with marketing, communication, digital media to create awareness campaigns, preferred Major Responsibilities and Duties: β€’ Meet annual targets set by CES Leadership Team for educators both in the pipeline and enrolled in programs. β€’ Cultivate potential candidates for educator certification programs remaining in constant contact with them throughout the process. β€’ Plan and execute on a strategy for increasing both the number and quality of candidates interested in CES programs. β€’ In partnership with the Certification Manager, design and implement a candidate selection process that meets the needs of partner districts and aligns with the vision of CES. β€’ In partnership with the Certification and Partnership team, conduct regular reviews of potential candidates in the application system while monitoring the selection targets set by CES. β€’ Work closely with the Marketing and Communications division to manage awareness campaigns designed to increase the number of quality candidates eligible for CES programs. β€’ Host local and national events to build awareness and attract new candidates to CES. β€’ Manage the intake platform for efficient submission and processing of educator applications. β€’ Provide regular data reports to Leadership Team regarding the growth of the program. β€’ Seek innovative partnerships with local and national organizations to increase awareness and recruit quality candidates. β€’ Maintain open, clear, and timely communication with all partners. β€’ Serve as a collaborative team member open to giving and receiving feedback. β€’ Strive to meet all individual and program goals established by the department. β€’ Devote time to continue learning and growing. β€’ Willingly offer support to others and step in as needed. β€’ Perform other duties as assigned.
