A Sales Representative (Digital) role (what we internally call a âDigital Sales Specialistâ) in means a career where youâre leading prospective clients towards Red Hat Open Source offerings including Red Hat Enterprise Linux Open Shift and Ansible Automation. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Specialist youâll become a trusted go-to expert. Youâll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team â advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting and Deal Closures : Predict deal closures by understanding client buying cycles and communicating forecasts effectively.
- Up/Cross-Selling : Help your team identify up/cross-sell opportunities within your territory.
- New Business Campaigns : Activate targeted new business campaigns with IBM Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Collaborative Solutions : Collaborate to create use-cases and proofs of concept in response to client RFIs.
- Compelling Presentations : Present compelling high-level value propositions to clients.
Salary starts at 2000 EUR gross per month based on relevant experience
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in German
- Consultative Sales Experience : Experience in consultative tech sales for complex use-cases.
- Digital Sales Tools : Proficient in digital sales tools such as phone CRM social media and email.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and achieving business results.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Red Hat offering Knowledge : Possess Red Hat Red Hat Open Source knowledge to serve as a trusted client advisor (training on IBMâs Hybrid Cloud and Red Hat offerings will be provided).
