Region Analytics Associate

As our Region Analytics Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing all available data in your respective region for the business to utilize in deciding their next steps. Working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, where the latest cutting-edge software technologies are at your disposal, you’ll research and analyze local insights and current user trends to create robust business reports that will improve the overall transactions and GMV in the region. Your work will also provide the necessary data and insights for our local teams to further their experimentations and better optimize their products and services to regional preferences and needs.

What you will do

- Create detailed business analysis, outline the problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.

- Create the dashboard metric and monitor the company performance.

- Manage region monthly reports for HQ Meeting.

- Monitor supply and demand in the region and creating innovative improvement.

What you will need 

- A Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.2 (or equivalent academic standing), preferably majoring in Business Analytics 

- Strong project management skills in order to enhance the collaboration between regional and district team in achieving regional targets 

- At least 3 years of work experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Excellence 

- Solid experience in handling analytical SQL, Tableau, Java and/or other programming languages 

- Ability to manage and monitor business analytics processes, such as utilizing data to provide recommendations, devise initiatives, and problem-solve 

- Ability to mentor and relay information about business analytics to your team
