About Team: LSG Bioscience division - Consumables & Benchtops

The Biosciences Division (BID) is a $50 million business in India. The majority of the business comes from academic and government funded customers, with the rest of the business coming from the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industries as well as from the industrial market.

Products from BID fall under the Thermo Fisher premier brands Applied Biosystems™, Invitrogen™ and Thermo Scientific™, as well as Gibco™, which is a Thermo Fisher exception brand. Some examples of BID products within these brands include:

Job Responsibilities

• To Drive sales in the assigned region with the help of allocated resources.

• Connect with the TOP KOLs of the region & drive business growth through them

• Mentor/Manage a team of 4/5 Account Managers

• Manage Key Distributors from the assigned region

• Plan,Forecast & execute Business plans.

• Monitor the sales progress on a day-to day basis

Candidate Requirement:

• Bachelors / Master's degree in Science

• Minimum of 10+ years industry experience in sales of scientific solutions to any or all of the following markets Pharmaceutical, BioPharma, Life Science Research (Govt & Academics),

Healthcare.

• People Managerial experience will be preferred

• Experience in government tenders (GEM ) will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills is required

• Flexible to travel.
