Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague in the SalesDepartment. The position could sit in either Auburn Hills, MI or Lafayette, IN.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop an accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial, and passionate team
- Responsible for Profit & Loss for the respective customer business
- Responsible for customer regional sales performance: LTA and contracts, orders, projections, forecast, raw material escalation, actuals and recovery plan design and execution
- Responsible for Customer business health and growth framing
- Intentional leader responsible for driving cross-functional holistic customer view and communication across the enterprise
- Responsible for guiding the Customer views into the technology roadmaps and secure strong positioning for the future
- Provide leadership on fleet SoM strategies, backlog recovery, quality DNA etc.
- Champion standardized and development of customer facing employee skills and talent growth
- Validate Operating Plan in alignment with regional functions (e.g. regional market/product management, sales, regional management)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in business, engineering, or related field . Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years direct experience with responsibilities including customer growth and leading teams
- Deep understanding of regional aftermarket value chain (pricing, product management, marketing, etc), customer requirements, and trends
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and people skills
- Understanding of Finance fundamentals
- Analytic and problem-solving skills as well asSAP management
- Strong logistic and commercial background
- Deep understanding of Dealers, IAM network
- Understanding of existing OES LTAs and agreements
- Up to 50% travel
