Job Description

We are seeking a proven software sales executive to sell Cornerstone's Workforce Agility Platform software to large-enterprise companies with more than 5,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully sell enterprise software solutions to senior-level executives of Global 1000 corporations.

Responsibilities include securing new business leads through a variety of channels, conducting virtual and live presentations around our solutions and capabilities, building consensus, and negotiating and closing long-term agreements with enterprise accounts.

In this role you will...

  • Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plan for your assigned territory
  • Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities with outbound activity by yourself
  • Propose solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals and objectives
  • Work with partners when necessary by teaming with resellers or bringing partner solutions to the opportunity as required
  • Continue to expand relationships and penetration within existing clients within your portfolio
  • Be capable of delivering targeted and differentiating product demonstrations yourself when necessary
  • Proactively and accurately manage opportunity/pipeline data in CRM application (currently Salesforce.com and Clari)
  • Consistently meet/exceed established quotas
  • Establish trusted partnership with new and existing clients and collaborate with other functions to ensure that clients are successful and reference-able
  • Partner with the Service Delivery teams to ensure a smooth and successful handoff of new wins into the subsequent phases of the Client Lifecycle (e.g., implementation, adoption and optimization)
  • Experience of working in a foreign start-up or equivalent preparedness and motivation

You've got what it takes if you have...

  • BA/BS/BE degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • At least 5 years of software sales or SaaS Solution or Consulting experience with a history of consistent goal attainment
  • Experience as Account Executive, Account Manager, SDR (Sales Development Representative) or Consultant
  • Native level Japanese
  • Internal mail communication in English
  • Experience in creating customer proposals and internal documents using PowerPoint
  • Sales experience in the human resources and education areas is not a prerequisite, but have a motivation to learn on your own initiative for a new area.

・担当テリトリーに対するセールスストラテジーおよびテリトリープランの立案および実行
・見込み顧客のターゲティングと商談化、自身でのアウトバウンド活動
・新規および既存顧客のニーズ、目標、目的に沿ったソリューションの提案
・必要に応じ、リセーラーとの共同提案や、パートナーのソリューションと組み合わせたソリューションの提案など、パートナー企業との協力
・担当する既存顧客との関係の拡大および利活用の促進
・必要に応じて利用目的に最適化され、差別化を図るための製品デモを実施できるレベルの当社ソリューションの理解
・CRM(現在はSalesforce及びClari)上での積極的かつ正確な案件/パイプライン管理
・継続的な売り上げ目標の達成
・新規および既存顧客との信頼関係の構築、および他の部門との連携による顧客の成功およびリファレンスカスタマー化
・システム導入チーム等との連携による、新規顧客獲得からカスタマーライフサイクルの次のステージ(実装、導入、最適化、利活用促進など)へのスムーズな移行の実現

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

・5年以上のソフトウェア・クラウドソリューションセリングの経験
・コンサルティング/ソリューションセリング/バリューセリングの経験
・お客様担当営業またはSDRとしてのEnterpriseまたはMid Marketビジネスの経験
・英語でのメールによる社内コミュニケーション能力
・英語が苦手であったとしてもグローバルとの英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと
・PowerPointによるお客様提案資料及び社内向け資料の作成経験
・人事・教育領域における営業経験は必須条件ではないが、新たな領域に対して自発的に学習するモチベーションがあること

・外資系スタートアップでの勤務経験またはプロセスを自身で作成しチームメンバーと共有するモチベーション
