Oracle EBS - Regional System Analyst(亚太区域系统分析师)

We are looking for a Regional System Analyst to join Arrow company. The main purpose of the position is to provide multiple regional IT support in Arrow system for Asia Pac users, such as production support, special project implementation support, System configuration support, testing support, etc...

What You'll Be Doing

Ability to provide Daily Production support on Oracle ERP system:

Support users to analyze and resolve production issues or work with Global team to resolve including coding defect, configurations, and data fix etc.

Interact with relevant business functions to understand the issue criticality and coordinate with business for the recovery actions.

Ability to deliver new initiatives: understand users' requirements from business perspective, able to identify potential solutions, document the agreed requirement and work with the development team. Accountable for the testing cycles including: unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing. Able to handle Oracle EBS configuration setup to meet business requirements. Able to create system training document and deliver system training.

What We Are Looking For

Must have proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and one of Cantonese or Mandarin. Open minded, strong willing to learn. Accountable and Diligent Extrovert personality along with good communication and collaboration skill is a plus Should be degree holder in Computer Science, MIS or Operations Management. Should have at least 3 years' experience in implementing or supporting Oracle ERP e-business suite, preferably in electronics distribution or manufacturing environment Must be able to meet deadlines, be proactive in problem solving having a strong business sense. Should have Oracle Function Knowledge in one of the tracks

Sales Track: OM, Shipping, INV, QP

Finance Track: GL, AR, AP, Costing, month end reconciliation and Trade management

Planning Track: ASCP, INV, PO, Demantra, Customer Forecast

Logistics Track: Oracle warehouse, WMS, BCO

Should have good knowledge with PL SQL and Oracle basic tables in the respective modules
