The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. What is required:

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Minimum of 1 year working as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• 3 years of RN experience in an ICU setting preferred
• Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse required. If Compact RN license, must have TX RN license within 90 days of hire.
