IdenTrust's Business Operations Department:

IdenTrust, part of HID Global, is a public key certificate authority that provides digital certificates to financial institutions, healthcare providers, government agencies and enterprises. The software development team is responsible for developing new applications, enhancing existing applications, solving problems, and resolving defects. The team is based in Salt Lake City .

As our Registration Analyst, you'll support HID's success by:

• Meeting productivity targets set by management.
• Utilizing a web-based system to review incoming certificate applications for completeness.
• Contacting customers directly to resolve application related discrepancies.
• Reviewing notarized documentation for completeness and contact appropriate agencies to determine validity and notary.

• Capability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English language, both verbally and in writing.

Your Experience and Education include:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1-3 years combined customer service and/or administrative office experience.
• Proficient in Ms Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work in the Salt Lake City, UT office 5 days a week.
• Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
• As a Trusted Role, the candidate must agree to, and successfully pass a comprehensive background check to include:

1. • Civil review (public records, judgments, liens, etc.).
   • Criminal background check.
   • Drug screening.
