Registrations Administrator is a role within Infobip Platform Operations responsible for delivering successful technical services to both internal and external customers. They ensure all technical services related to projects, registration, administration, and maintenance are delivered accurately and timely while utilizing their expertise in traffic registration worldwide.


This is achieved through doing assignments and activities while keeping high accountability, building relationships with the MNOs (Mobile Network Operators), and improving knowledge.


What your job will include?

  • Administration of Infobip customers in our database

  • Processing customer registration requests and registering them directly with the Telecom providers

  • Ordering (phone) numbers from Telecom providers

  • Traffic registration for various communications channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Viber, SMS)

  • Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining an organized set of detailed records and files to document actions and processes

  • Cooperating with other departments to ensure compliance in all aspects of defined processes

More about you:

  • Experience in Back Office, Customer Support or Call Center

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel primarily)

  • High level of resistance and concentration regarding working on repetitive tasks

  • High level of communication skills when dealing with customers and colleagues

  • Written and spoken fluency in English (Mandatory)

  • Proactivity

  • Attention to Details
