Job Description
We are currently searching for an experienced Replenishment Supervisor, 1st Shift and 2nd Shift to work at our Garland Utah, distribution center. This supervisory position is responsible for directing and leading the process flow to ensure the department’s SLAs are being met. In addition, you’ll develop policies and procedures to enhance and streamline processes, as well as provide hands-on team leadership that includes training, mentoring and coaching employees. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of urgency to excel in a fast-paced environment, plus the ability to perform root-cause analyses to identify the source of errors and implement improvements. You’ll also possess superb attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple projects and excellent interpersonal skills to help lead and inspire the team to do their best work.Â
A day at Lakeshore looks like this:Â
- Planning and monitoring daily labor needs based on immediate and forecasted order and unit volumesÂ
- Creating and implementing standards and metrics for the teamÂ
- Closely monitor order fulfillment activity and adjust bin size and min/max stocking levels to maximize overall warehouse capacityÂ
- Understand Inventory movements based on item velocity and operational goalsÂ
- Detailed understanding of operational goals and special projects to ensure inventory accuracy and placement within the warehouseÂ
- Providing team motivation to ensure goals are being met accurately and efficientlyÂ
- Encouraging teamwork while obtaining a high level of associate morale and recognitionÂ
- Managing and positioning on-hand inventory to fulfill customer ordersÂ
- Understanding the goals for the day to effectively communicate achievements and challenges throughout the dayÂ
- Complying with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling and receiving requirements, as well as enforcing safety policies and techniquesÂ
- Ensuring the organization and physical appearance of the department are in good standing orderÂ
- Developing employee performance by appraising, coaching and counselingÂ
- Developing ongoing process improvements for all associates to ensure efficient operationsÂ
Qualifications

- Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership and performance management experience requiredÂ
- Experience handling the following power equipment is a plus: cherry picker, sit-down, reach and turret truckÂ
- Demonstrated ability to build a high-performance team and an engaging work environmentÂ
- High-achiever/performer who is results-oriented and strives for maximum service levelsÂ
- Flexible and dependable personalityÂ
- Strong relationship-building skills; disciplined and professionalÂ
- Ability to problem-solve with the needs of the customer and company in mindÂ
- Ability to lead a crew and support rules and regulationsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneouslyÂ
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure the most efficient use of timeÂ
- Knowledgeability of safety practices and OSHA requirementsÂ
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamÂ
