As aReporting Analyst you will be responsible for building reports that will assist the various business stakeholders to make critical operational decisions. These reports will be designed, and built to showcase the operational performance, areas of opportunities, and key areas of focus to strengthen the health of the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Interpret data and analyze Information to assist operations teams with day to day management of their teams
•
Build reports and seek automation, performance improvement or innovation
•
Work with the Quality Analyst, the Operations Managers, and the agents in training and helping identify areas of upskill based on data, performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and overall business key indicators and metrics
•
Participate in quality audits and produce reports to enable and streamline the internal, client, and customer meetings
Role Requirements:
•
This is an onsite in San Antonio, TX
•
Must be flexible to work any shift between 6:00 am – 10:00 pm CT including weekends and holidays
•
The role requires candidate pass English Assessments (written and spoken) with a minimum score of C1 for each
Basic Qualifications:
•
Minimum 2 years’ experience reporting or data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
•
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
