Job Title: Research Executive

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Reports to: Research Manager

Position Overview

Are you passionate about uncovering insights that drive business decisions? As a Research Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality market research projects across various sectors. You'll work closely with clients, manage research processes, and analyze data to provide actionable insights. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead the execution of end-to-end market research projects.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (fieldwork, data processing, analytics) and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Client Engagement

  • Craft compelling client presentations and reports.
  • Address client queries promptly and provide regular project updates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering valuable insights.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Dive deep into quantitative data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate research outcomes.

Research Design & Execution

  • Design innovative research methodologies (e.g., surveys).
  • Assist in questionnaire development, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Apply market knowledge to enhance research recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in market research or related fields (internships included).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint, and survey platforms).
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
