Residential HVAC Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC systems efficiently. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate effectively and meet safety standards. Responsibilities • Maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using schematics and technical manuals. • Conduct repairs on appliances related to HVAC systems, including plumbing and electrical components. • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits and ensure proper functionality. • Weld components as needed for repairs or installations. • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. • Provide customers with options on indoor air quality and preventive maintenance plans. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
