Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring Forbes standards and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve targeted results.
• Model exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and develop a diverse workforce.
• Manage scheduling, control labor costs, and impact P&L results.
• Address guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and manage end-of-month inventory.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: College Degree.
• 2+ years in restaurant management with career progression.
• Proficient in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
