Retail Sales Associate, Optics Specialist ($14 an hour plus 4% Commission)

As an Optics Specialist, you'll be the face of ATN, providing personalized interactions with our customers. You'll deliver excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of the full suite of ATN products. Your ability to provide an effortless experience while closing sales will be rewarded as you work to meet your sales goals. Our ideal candidates must have >1-2 year of sales experience- retail, or wholesale in consumer electronics.Hunting, firearm experience preferably, not required.The company will provide training. Must have great communication skills, passion to sell, and have the "assumptive" sales approach/mentality. Job Duties: • Explain and demonstrate product capabilities as well as offer suggestions based on customer wants and needs. • Take initiative to establish customer relationships and provide excellent service. • Determine customer needs by asking open ended questions. • Expands a customer's purchase with additional ATN products related to their specific needs. • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. • Assist with opening/closing of retail store. • Work with a team members to ensure store success. • Be coachable and open to proven sales process and practices. • Bilingual a plus We have been in business for 31 years and we are rated number one in the Tech optics market.
