1. 管理前场营运相关的所有活动,包括产品、人员、流程等,确保每日运营期间达到服务标准

2. 根据销售结果和消费者反馈,挖掘产品方面机会点,及时与其他部门沟通协作制定改进计划并追踪达成

3. 跟踪时段销售达成,在区域内观察、培训和辅导运动员,以达成优质的消费者体验和运动员体验

4. 及时跟进客诉处理、收银效率、会员服务等工作,提升顾客购买体验

数据分析

1. 按周 / 日分析产品趋势诸如销售和需求,对产品分类进行分析,设定目标并制定相应销售计划

2. 定期与 PC 进行产品需求沟通,对热销、滞销及过季产品进行合理化管理

3. 协助 VM 团队对新品,动销和 Promotion 进行管理

4. 与 BOH 进行合作进行库存准确性管理,根据生意需求优先处理到货

货品陈列

1. 带领陈列团队,负责店铺的陈列调整与维护以及相关物料管理,确保达到优质品牌展示的标准

2. 与 RBC 保持紧密沟通,完美执行当季及每月的视觉陈列和造型策略,包括橱窗、模特、灯光等

3. 关注重点商品的陈列情况,通过陈列手段配合季节性产品的销售,以陈列为工具,全力推动生意达成

4. 辅导、培训和发展陈列团队成员,并积极与店铺其他部门配合完成工作
