About Zowie:

Zowie brings speed and empathy to customer interactions. Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy order status etc. and saves time for customer service agents who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk Shopify Gorgias etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

As a RevOps Admin at Zowie you will be instrumental in optimizing and managing our revenue technology stack. This role emphasizes the technical side of revenue operations focusing on the efficient use of various tools and platforms to enhance our go-to-market efforts. This role will be perfect for someone that would like to grow and develop technological excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Management : Oversee and manage the technical aspects of RevOps tech stack.
Automation : Design and implement new workflows to automate processes.
Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between our go-to-market systems.
Implementation : Drive and execute new toolsβ implementation projects.
Innovation : Seek opportunities to improve our tech stack following technology trends.
Support : Provide support and troubleshooting ensuring all systems function optimally.
Documentation : Help RevOps team in the technical and end-user documentation development.
Ideally you'll bring with you:

+2 years experience in managing and optimizing a variety of RevTech tools.

Specific experience with CRM systems and automation tools like e.g. Salesforce Zapier SimilarWeb.

Strong understanding of native data integration workflow automation and system management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience with BPMN or other process notations.
