Rigging Intern

We are seeking motivated intern who is interested in working in the exciting environment of our Animation Department. There will be opportunities to work with members of other departments during the implementation of your rigs. The intern will also have the opportunity to be mentored by senior members of our Rigging and Animation team.

• Crafting simple animation rigs and provide support to the animation team.
• Built rigs would include in-game props, clothing, vehicles, characters, and bug fixing.
• Learn new techniques and tools that are required to bring our characters to life.

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited university or educational institution, pursuing a Diploma, Certificate, Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D working towards Character Rigging or Computer Science majors with rigging experience or six to twelve months related experience and/or training.
• Internships are available to students who are US citizens or international students with an F-1 visa.
• The ideal intern would be upbeat, self-motivated, creative, and responsible, have a passion for video games and animation.
• Python skills and previous experience with Maya is preferred.

• This is a paid, full-time internship: 5 days per week for approximately 40 hours a week.
• We expect at least an 8-week commitment from our interns.
• This role is based in Burbank, CA or remote from an approved US state.
