Job Description

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager – NSW & ACT, this role is responsible for autonomously driving business growth and retention for a portfolio of customers across Sydney and South Coast NSW, including South Sydney, St George, Sutherland, Illawarra and Nowra.

Key aspects of the role include:

β€’ Generating new business opportunities from a large, existing customer base;

β€’ Retaining existing business by adding value to the customers through the provision of a proactive and personalised account management experience;

β€’ Forming meaningful relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure a value driven approach.

β€’ Attention to detail and a priority on compliance and agreed operational metrics.

Experience Required

β€’ Sales and field experience (essential);

β€’ RG146 (desirable);

β€’ Risk protection or insurance sales experience (desirable);

β€’ Excellent relationship management and communication skills;

β€’ Interest in and ability to travel across Western Sydney and Central West NSW regularly (including overnight stays);

β€’ This is a field and home-based role, therefore the ability to territory manage and be on the road most days is essential; and

β€’ A proven capability to work autonomously and deliver results.
