Job Description
Roivant’s mission is to systematically reduce the time, cost, and risk of delivering new medicines to market by accelerating the development of promising drug candidates to improve the lives of patients and their families. About the Rotational Analyst Program
Our two-year Rotational Analyst Program begins summer 2024. It offers recent college graduates the opportunity to complete four (4) six-month rotations across different teams and functions, including our portfolio of Vants. The aim of this program is to attract and develop future leaders across the Roivant family by accelerating the development of talent. From day one, analysts will own projects and have opportunities to make a meaningful impact on Roivant’s innovative pharmaceutical and healthcare technology companies. Team placements are made based on business need and analyst skillset. Now in its sixth year, Rotational Analysts have been given demanding roles in diverse areas including asset evaluation, deal negotiation, financial modeling, clinical trial management, and new company formation.
Sample Projects Include:Â
- Investments: Evaluating in-licensing opportunities to expand Roivant’s portfolio of life changing medicinesÂ
- Research and Development: Performing literature reviews to identify indication expansion opportunities in support of VantsÂ
- Vants: Developing strategies for patient advocacy and clinical trial recruitment Â
- Roivant Health: Conducting market research to identify early-stage investment opportunities in healthcare technology
- Strategic Finance: Creating an investor deck, in partnership with key executives, for a Phase 3 clinical trial readouts
Each year, graduates of our Rotational Analyst Program pursue exciting opportunities as full-time employees at Roivant or our Vants. Beyond the Roivant portfolio, RAs have gone on to pursue higher education at top universities.Â

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate university in the United States with an expected graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024, as this program begins July 2024Â
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the life sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) combined with a concentration in applied economics or business or a degree in applied economics or business, combined with a concentration in the life sciences
- Or enrolled at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy with an expected graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024
- Prior internship experience in biotech/healthcare or related field preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Track record of academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higherÂ
- Willingness to relocate to New York, NY
- Authorization to work in the United StatesÂ
The expected base salary for the role is $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, equity, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.
