Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism RPA Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism software. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Design develop and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism software to automate business processes and workflows
• Analyze business requirements and develop automation solutions to meet those requirements
• Develop and maintain automation scripts workflows and interfaces using Blue Prism’s visual interface
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation solutions including debugging and testing
• Develop and maintain documentation of automation solutions including user guides and technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices of Blue Prism software

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2 years of experience in designing developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism software
• Strong understanding of Blue Prism’s visual interface and automation concepts analytical skills Object Oriented and Database knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with automation testing and debugging tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with other RPA tools and technologies (e.g. Automation Anywhere UiPath)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python Java)
