RPA Developer- Blue Prism

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Analyze configure and optimize business processes to make them more efficient and scalable.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshooting of RPA applications to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Develop documentation including technical specifications test plans and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA technology.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology tools and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2+ years of experience in robotic process automation preferably as a developer.
• Solid understanding of RPA concepts tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Strong programming skills in languages like C# VB.NET Java or Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
