An opportunity exists in our Swedish Enterprise Sales organisation for a experienced sales leader looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment! We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic, Salesforce sales initiatives across all industry sectors in Sweden. This leader will be responsible for driving continued growth for Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Commerce Cloud in Sweden.
Role Description:
As a Senior Sales Leader, you will play a key role leading a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Executives in our expanding Sweden sales operation that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organisational quotas.
Your network within Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom, Media and Automotive is broad and strong, your mind revolves around customers' business outcomes and you're business acumen including numerics (selling to the CFO, or similar skills) is evident. Energy, passion and the ability to lead are key. Ideal candidates should possess solid B2B sales and extensive Sales management experience. Extensive (+10yrs) of Industry experience in primarily Retail & Consumer Goods is a must. Experience from other industries such as manufacturing and/or financial services is desirable and will be an additional differentiator. Experience from working and succeeding in a matrix sales organisation highly valuable.
Experience from selling or leading teams focused on Marketing Technology and or E-commerce solutions is desirable as the portfolio of products in this role has this focus.
Your Impact:
Development of a growing and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our customer(s) and with internal team members
Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
Building market share and driving go to market initiatives focused on your portfolio.
Management of a high performance team, including recruiting, hiring and training
Build strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce eco-system
Leading weekly forecast meetings
Driving pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue generating opportunities for the customer account(s)
Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure a high level of closure rates and opportunity identification
Engaging at the C-level in customer organisations and partners. Substantial time in customer and partner facing settings is expected.
Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for key industries such as Retail and Consumer Goods
Utilising your strong industry network will be instrumental for building our brand and presences in our Key Industries such as Retail & Consumer Goods
Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management
Consistently supervising and enhancing the sales activities of the team
To be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit
Required skills:
Consistent track record in building / managing high performance teams
Able to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix / multi-product sales environment
Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major Enterprise customers
Previous experience in solution sales (especially Software / SaaS / Cloud)
A level of interest in, and/or experience positioning/selling to the Retail, Consumer goods, Telco or/and Automotive Industry
Strong demonstrated and proven sales experience, working with complex customers
1st Line Management experience
A passion for building a growing and diverse team
Proven ability to create and inspire high performing teams
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
Passion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvement
Excellent negotiation skills
A self-starter that can excel in a fast-paced environment
Sweden and English fluency
