Core Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify sales trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate clear and concise reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key sales metrics, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, client services, advisory services, and finance, to align sales forecasts with resource planning and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Work closely with the finance team to align sales forecasts with financial and revenue recognition reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections to support sales planning – including budgets and goal setting.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and track sales performance indicators- such as time-to-revenue, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and inform decision-making.
- Define and implement key performance indicators to measure business performance relative to company strategy, operating plan, and revenue goals
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales analytics tools, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (including Finance or Accounting), Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, revenue drivers, and financial reporting.

Bachelor's Degree

Salary:
Pay Range: $87,899.79 - $131,849.68
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
