This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

About the Sales Coordinator role:

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales activities of Tower bridge through local prospecting, site inspections and FAM Trips with the aim of creating awareness and driving revenue through all areas of the hotel. They will work with the Director of Sales and Sales Managers to ensure leads are handed over for further follow-up and conversion.

This role will also include managing internal and external reporting and communication, Groups leads handling from evaluation, communication and handover to operational departments. This role will support as well the sales team members in data analysis and activities internally and externally with clients.

The Sales Coordinator will have:

  • Sales or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience in luxury hospitality
  • Previous experience in a related position
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings.
  • Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer skills.
