Our Sales Development function is the ā€œtip of the spearā€ in the sales process, supporting the wider sales team. The ideal SDR candidate will demonstrate sales intuition and ambition. We are looking for someone that has a strong team-oriented mindset and a hunter mentality. The candidate will need to have good organisation and written / verbal communication skills and needs to be comfortable with making phone calls! Professionalism is a must, and have the confidence to have high-level conversations with C-level stakeholders in medium to large enterprise organisations.Ā

What You Will DoĀ 

  • Drive lead generation, and build revenue pipeline by prospecting and setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision makers across Northern Europe.Ā 
  • Profile accounts identify a prospect's pain and support the wider sales team to create opportunities.Ā 
  • Collaborating with our marketing team, to ensure rapid follow-up on campaigns
  • Demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with your wider team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales success plan
  • Effectively partner with the channel team with call out days and activities
  • Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight toolsĀ 

Must HaveĀ 

  • 1 - 1.5 plus years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Energetic, upbeat and a tenacious team player! Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value.
  • Ability to analyse those needs, qualify opportunities and handle objections
  • Must be a self-starter and proficient and working independently and remotely.
  • Ambition and creativity to bring new ideas to the company to successfully achieve their targets and goals.
  • Drive, Grit, Team Orientated: strong desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Strong written and spoken communication in German and English
