WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT SPORTS, SALES AND WANT TO WINWe are looking for a talented and inquisitive Enterprise Sales Director whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company. You will be a key player and responsible for leading and developing the Enterprise North American Commercial team - which is currently responsible for 70% of Catapult’s revenue. Using the resources and technology provided, you will grow and expand the client base, strengthen the brand and drive revenues while adhering to the Catapult culture code and values. This will be a remote-based position with responsibilities across multiple sports across the country while reporting to the VP Commercial - North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including lead identification and qualification, scope construction, proposal development, client presentations and contract negotiation.
- Identify key sales metrics, define and measure the sales process to develop benchmarks for growth.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy to provide weekly updates to the sales management & executive team.Â
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the customer support department, to ensure client expectations are set realistically and achieved as promised.
- Work with your quota-carrying reps to ensure there is a "path to quota attainment" for every rep each quarter. Help fill gaps in coaching or pipeline when needed.
- Drive client awareness and business development across service lines, focusing on a balanced business by cross-selling whitespace at existing clients.
- Understand competitive product and strategy and know-how to sell against the competition.
- Manage Catapult’s largest client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and product expansion.
- Build the sales team beyond the current size and help attract and train gifted and passionate sales associates.
- Ensure that sales goals are thoughtfully developed and executed inline with the Catapult’s operating plan and long range goals.Â
- Prepare relevant internal sales documents and reports for the executive team.
- Maintain accountability for the team to exceed sales targets.Â
- Proven track record selling to Elite Sports Teams including American Football
- Exceptional, proven sales track record in similar roles, preferably in a sports, or technology/SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving discipline and rigor in the sales process, including being accountable for CRM data entry and maintenance to enable accurate pipeline and metrics reporting.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process for large and complex deals, from lead generation to close.
- Proven ability to grow a high performing team by recruiting and developing talent
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels both internally and externally. Including C-suite.

- 8+ years of business development to business sales experience required
- 3-5 years managing or leading a sales team required
- Willing to travel (up to 50% of the time)
