Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY WILLING TO RELOCATE TO YORK,SC. An experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team , develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership skills, and the ability to foster client relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned as applicable. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. • Identify new market opportunities and customer needs. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients. • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions. • Follow all plant rules and procedures within the department to ensure safe operating practices to prevent employee injury and/or equipment failure. Report any safety problems or concerns to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. • Adhere to company-wide housekeeping standards in personal area and within department. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and trends. • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets. EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred: • Experience in Rolled Ring Forging Sales. • Master’s degree or relevant certifications. Moderate travel, within North America, will be required to attend and/or conduct meetings, conferences, and training.
