• Strategically and operationally drive sales of our AVALANCHE® and TWISTER product lines in France
• Acquisition of new and takeover of existing sales opportunities
• Project responsibility from initial contact through demonstration of our devices on patients to order completion
• Expansion of market potential with prioritization of relevant sales markets
• Cooperation, support/coaching and development of the existing and new dealer structure in the day-to-day business
• Coordination of all sales activities in the country
• Development of sales strategies for the existing portfolio and sales force
• Support of local key accounts
• Market and competition observation as well as identification of market trends
• Representing the company at trade fairs, congresses and workshops
• Close cooperation, regular communication and reporting to the responsible Sales Director and the management team

Position will be based out of the home office, ideally in the greater Paris area.

Training will take place at the headquarters in Waldkirch, Germany.

• Technical degree or several years of experience in a technical/scientific profession, in the medical technology industry, in the area of sales, product management or application ideally in the area of electromedicine in the operating room
• Intraoperative experience
• Combination of business expertise and technical know-how, ideally in the field of general surgery and/or ENT
• Experience in direct sales, managing sub-distributors, dealing with users and local tender business
• Good knowledge and networks in local market structures and the healthcare system
• Sense for markets and trends
• Fluent language skills in French and English or German
• Regular willingness to travel
