The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist is key to supporting business growth by organizing key activities across sales, marketing, and client communications. This role is pivotal in improving our overall effectiveness in helping ABIS’s client partners reach their business goals. They are responsible for working closely and proactively with the Vice President to ensure priorities are aligned, communication is fluid, and all high-value client and partner opportunities are handled with attention and care.
The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist will also drive tactical execution of our marketing plans. These include managing our annual tradeshow participation, supporting social media campaigns, enhancing local and national association memberships, and coordinating travel arrangements and client meeting logistics. The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist will also assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns, product messaging, and client-facing resources.
Their ability to organize multiple functions and seamlessly shift between them is instrumental to our future growth. They'll also be relied on to provide thoughtful perspective on ways to improve our processes based on their feedback and findings.
The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist will be in a position to directly (either socially or through ongoing connections with accounts) communicate with key leadership personnel on a regular basis. This personal touch and connection provides an outlet for feedback that helps shape the future direction of our service and company.
The successful candidate will be highly organized and efficient at managing not only their own calendar and work, but also the calendar & pipeline of the Vice President. Supporting a longer, more complex sales cycle and keeping all upcoming appointments organized will be a vital part of the Sales & Marketing Support Specialist's role. These efforts ensure all potential new clients are followed up within a timely and quality manner, resulting in increasing the volume, velocity, and quality of new client-partner onboarding.
The position works in a high growth environment and will support multiple departments & strengthen business growth initiatives. The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist will collaborate with the operations, marketing and business development teams, partnering closely with the Vice President of Business Development to reach these goals. Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical/ Functional
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide an outlet for executive level customer feedback.
• Ability to support, organize and help manage activities for multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
• Partner with Vice President and support team to meet and exceed revenue/growth goals
• An effective team member that works well across multiple departments: Client Advocacy Group, Operations, Marketing and Business Development.
• Maintain and update company website content, ensuring it reflects current offerings, branding standards, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement priorities.
• Organize and support the execution of all tactical marketing efforts including organizing tradeshows, client meetings & events as well as travel coordination, scheduling and ordering of materials. Coordinate website updates in collaboration with the marketing and operations teams.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other related fields
• Experience in sales or marketing support roles for ERP software or SaaS business tools is preferred
• Empathy and ability to connect emotionally and intellectually with clients
• Experience handling a broad range of responsibilities across multiple departments
