We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to support Annual Planning initiatives and strategic programs for our Sales and Go-to-Market teams.
Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue and sales productivity
  • Work with the global sales management team to enhance business understanding and achievements
  • Partner with Finance and leadership to manage annual Sales plan, including territory planning, quota and compensation modeling and capacity modeling for Sales, Sales Engineers, and Channel partners
  • Provide recommendations and actions, based on strategic objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Develop bottoms up pipeline targets and calculators to assist in tracking and attainment of sales KPIs
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis across multiple data sets and tools
  • Develop targeted and strategic cross functional sales programs using first and third party data
  • Develop a cadence with GTM teams to review KPIs and drive outcomes as a team


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst role within the Saas industry. Cyber Security experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software. Salesforce experience is a must
  • Excellent documentation management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player
