Job Description

Fluidra’s looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at our West Coast office in Carlsbad, CA.

 

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales, Marketing, or Project Coordinator who will work closely with our Sales Operations Team. The best candidate will be a customer-focused professional, that is well organized, well-articulated, personable, multi-tasker who can execute an array of tasks with strong computer & organizational skills that can thrive in a high-paced environment. Time management and prioritization is critical to be successful in their role. Additionally, you will:

 

Program Operations

  • Can follow processes to support Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, and Sales Reporting Functions
  • Manage Program Inbox (Sales Reps + Dealer Inquiries)
  • Must be able to understand overall team strategies and develop materials and communications to support roll-out and ongoing updates
  • Support the development of sales enablement tools and reporting
  • Manage TSE list updates on Jandy.com

Dealer Program Support

  • Mange all Program Signups Conversion Processes (3 Total)
  • Execute dealer onboarding process (setups, communication, welcome kits)
  • Assist in rectifying program payout discrepancies
  • Setup & send ServicePro visa cards for rebates to dealers
  • Execute Try Me program orders (shipments, marketing assets, communications, stats, etc.
  • Spin N Win program truck raffle event (raffle tickets, trade publication ads, event videos, scripts, marketing assets, etc.)
  • Facilitate marketing rewards $ benefit for loyalty program members (on demand order experience, troubleshooting, etc.)

 

Sales Support

  • Customer visits; day of needs and prep with sales reps
  • Monthly Sales Webinar Coordinator and support
  • Internal Communications for all company marketing + product updates

 

Key Account Support

  • Support Key Account Teams with Key Account cheat sheet (maintain dealer lists for each group and track non rebate earners)
  • Process various requests from Key Account Managers on account maintenance (distributor #s, OOBs, CSC status, etc.)

 

Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Customer segmentation; properly documenting dealer characteristics in ERP
  • Assist in audits across multiple platform to support data integrity
  • Utilize Excel pivot tables, advanced formulas and charts to create and/or update monthly reports, dashboards and scorecards
  • Maintain glossary/reference guides for Customer segmentation and classification (to be referenced and used by rewards, web, warranty, and other teams)

 

Promotions

  • Add and remove dealers to promotions & offers
  • Manage payments, registrations, purchase reporting for all promotions, auditing vendor data, working with Rebate team (MyPerks, Mail in rebates, Spot promotions)
  • Create Sales Rep Promotional Hit Lists to target gap dealers
  • Work with Field Sales Teams to identify Top 100 Competitive Targets

WHAT WE SEEK

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand tasks, translate them into systems and process requirements
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills essential to successfully work cross functionally both internally and externally
  • Must be self-motivated, have high multi-tasking capacity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong organization skills to handle many assignments simultaneously
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter and enthusiastic mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and follows through with little prompting from supervisor.
  • Teamwork, Passion for Success, Strong Work Ethic, Enjoys Innovating and Infusing Creativity towards Process Improvement; all in the pursuit to deliver best in class experience to our customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong Excel skills is a must
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Team player, cooperative, and can easily gain trust and support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Oracle (accessing dealer data) preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (generating reports, dashboards) preferred

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

The expected hourly rate range is $24.00 - $30.00. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
