Reports ToSenior Director, Sales OperationsÂ
What You Will Be Doing- Manage the forecast, bookings, and billings goals for the regional sales team
- Attend weekly meetings to review results, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend action to drive the business and meet financial targetsÂ
- Analyze pipeline, identify gaps and issues and ensure follow up
- Support with transitioning forecasted products to new versions
- Drive linearity of shipments together with sales leadership
- Review and manage orders with non-standard terms to ship within quarterly targets
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure supply levels are met
- Coordinate with sales teams to manage deal reviews and approvals to ship
- Review open backlog orders and communicate any delivery or availability issues to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvements in the sales forecasting process including data quality
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to understand new product introductions and impact
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) to improve results and enhance efficiency
- Proactive data analysis, data insights and reporting to leadership on weekly basis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or sales operations forecasting
- Proven track record of insightful analytics for a global sales organization experiencing high growth
- Analytical data driven mindset; problem solver at ease operating in a fast-paced environment; strong process orientation
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and develop solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders to meet business objectives
- Good working knowledge of salesforce.com and Netsuite ERP
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Experience with PLM, BOM (bill of materials) and change management
- General understanding of accounting principles

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $69,750 to $136,500. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
