Sales Operations ManagerÂ
Role SummaryÂ
Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to join their rapidly growing team. The Sales Operations Manager is focused on increasing team productivity and sales process management. The SOM is responsible for the end-to-end tracking of the sales process and associated conversion rates throughout the sales funnel. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the SOM will drive sales results by exhibiting strong organizational skills, program management capabilities, and a solid understanding of the entire sales process, enabling the SOM to identify sales growth opportunities that, through collaboration are implemented and maintained. The SOM is responsible for exemplifying the company values and nurturing the maintenance of our company culture.
Key Results AreaÂ

Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectivesÂ

Review sales reports, understand findings and present/discuss results with the firmâs CMOÂ
-
Conduct weekly performance meetings with Sales team membersÂ
-
Recognize, create, and implement process improvements within the sales organization to optimize employee workflowsÂ
-
Work closely with sales teams to identify obstacles to sales velocity, subsequently developing and supporting the implementation of solutionsÂ
-
Assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating proceduresÂ
-
Interview, onboard and train new sales team membersÂ
-
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team membersÂ
-
Reach sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamÂ
-
Uses systemsâŻas prescribed to enter client data,âŻanalyze sales results,âŻandâŻidentify and capitalize on existing opportunitiesÂ
-
Responsible for maintaining effective sales incentive processes including commission payments, claw backs, and all related activities

Ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations are submitted to finance/payroll for appropriate disbursementÂ

Responsible for providing CRM activity reports as defined by the sales teamsâ operational needsÂ
Skills & QualificationsÂ

Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldÂ
-
3-5 years of experience managing a teamÂ
-
Able to work in a fast-paced metrics driven environmentÂ
-
Proven Sales Analytics or Operations Manager or in a comparable sales leadership roleÂ
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
-
Dedication to providing excellent customer serviceÂ
-
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skillsÂ
-
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsÂ
-
Able to work under pressureÂ
-
Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ

Adept in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Analytics toolsÂ
