ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to support Global Sales Operations and Enablement as the Sales Operations Senior Associate. In partnership with the Director of Sales Operations, you will execute initiatives that support the organization and its growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing partnership and strategizing project tasks in all areas of Global Sales Operations and Enablement including, but not limited to communication, initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring and controlling.Â
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Act as the Sales Operations and Enablement team workstream lead for cross functional sales operations projects, initiatives and rolloutsÂ
- Schedule and lead cross functional sales operations calls to maintain relationships and communicate/understand business needsÂ
- Participates on Global sales operations calls to act as a point person for operational questions, issues, and ideas from field teams
- Create and manage trackers for sales operations projects to ensure all details are captured and answeredÂ
- Lead, develop, and continually evaluate our communications strategy for Global 1P Sales teams
- Work with cross functional teams to shape and support the execution of the Global 1P Sales Newsletter for both the field and HQ
- Leads the 1P Sales Team Task Calendar planningÂ
- Maintains the resource and communications database for all Global 1P Sales specific guides, action items, calendarsÂ
- Travel to support leadership visitsÂ
- Conduct local store visits to ensure execution of operational procedures and store standards
- Compiles reporting as needed by upper management and cross functional partners for compliance
- Works with Sales Analytics and vendors to create a pipeline for tracking operational performance
- Provides reporting to District Managers on operational performance for their assigned sites
- Creates and maintain distros for ease of communicationÂ
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast paced environmentÂ
- Bachelor's degree and sales experience preferredÂ
- Innovative and passionate about our fast paced sales environmentÂ
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesÂ
- Action-oriented and organized, with an ability to prioritize and manage workflow
- Experience managing projects to deliver resultsÂ
- Enthusiastic self-starter who can remain calm and effective under pressure
- Excellent with time management and multitaskingÂ
- Razor sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgmentÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in G-Suite and YOOBIC
