Job Description

This posting is intended for those registered to attend the National Sales Network Career event in Houston, TX on August 8th and 9th.

Primary Function of Position:

We are looking for candidates that will be attending the National Sales Network (NSN) Career Conference taking place in Houston, TX on August 8th and 9th.  Our recruiting team and sales leaders will be onsite to conduct interviews and answer questions for opportunities across multiple levels and locations.  By applying to this posting, our recruiters will be notified of your affiliation with NSN and of your interest in learning more.  A recruiter will reach out to you to begin the conversations in consideration for an in-person interview at the conference.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is an early in career developmental role that will partner with the sales team to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include technical, clinical and sales.  Sample responsibilities include:

  • Assist with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management
  • Guide technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
  • Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1-year leadership experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits and equity. The target pay rate for this position is between $109,000 and  $115,000.
