We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Support Specialist to work alongside our sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service. Want to play a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring product success, and fostering a collaborative work environment?

Position Location: Remote
As the Sales Support Specialist, your contributions to the team will include:
- Collaborate with and act as liaison for Sales Managers for all customer sales and support needs.
- Responsible for all customer calls/requests for quotations, order processing and troubleshooting.
- Promptly receive and resolve all incoming customer requests or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between Sales Managers, internal departments and customers on a variety of topics such as order status, product information, etc.
- Update Salesforce opportunities related to order changes, close dates, and probability levels.
- Process Demo and Seed Program orders, along with collecting customer feedback on cart trials.
- Complete Requests for Quote proposals in coordination with sales management.
- Works with a variety of internal team members to fulfill customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to manage and update leads from trade shows, promotions, etc.
What we ask of you:
- Required: Minimum of 3 years; experience in sales support and/or inside sales
- Preferred: BS/BA degree
- Firm understanding of ERP and CRM systems; Capsa currently uses Syteline and Salesforce.com
