8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Department: CRM Product Management - 246

Primary Purpose:

A major contributor to the maintenance and support of the Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system including data management, configuration, customizations, security, daily monitoring, troubleshooting and analysis, dashboards and reports, release management, and system documentation. Generally relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Designs and deploys solutions to enhance end-user productivity and improve adoption. Leverages the CRM application, Force.com platform, Salesforce CRM community, and applications on the AppExchange marketplace to solve real-life business problems.

Essential Functions:

Manages the CRM in all environments using standard Salesforce.com setup, monitoring, and maintenance.

Creates and manages custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic reports and dashboards.

Develops and maintains custom validation rules and workflows.

Participates in the integration process with other enterprise systems.

Audits, uncovers, and resolves data integrity issues.

Performs bulk imports, updates, and exports of data.

Monitors user adoption rates and system activity; responds as needed with modifications, additional user training, or communications.

Recommends best practices for Salesforce.com design and configuration.

Recommends, tests, deploys, and maintains Visual Force pages.

Recommends, tests, deploys, and maintains Apex classes and triggers.

Manages Salesforce mobile configurations and assists users with installation and setup.

Institutes system downtime procedures and communicates system outages.

Updates status on assigned tasks using the defined project methodology and tools.

Mentors junior staff

Other duties as assigned.

Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.

Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.

Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Communicate: Frequently communicate with others.

ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Fine Motor Control: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.
