The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design suitable solutions
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the implementation
• Implement best practices and guidelines for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and customization
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
• Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates
• Contribute to the overall success of the Marketing Platform Modernization Program

Requirements

• Ready to shift working hours to 6-8 pm by Kyiv to overlap with client team
• Solid experience in architecting and designing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English with a minimum B2 level
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Willingness to participate in project interviews
