SAP ABAP Developer

Kavaliro's client is seeking a SAB ABAP Developer in Orlando, FL.

Hands-on experience with development objects• Accountable for design and code reviews, and resolution of defects• Create or change RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects• Application of SAP correction instructions, hot notes, SPAU & SPDD during upgrades• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for development issues by debugging and making changes in existing programs• Resolve defects that are raised during the testing with the help of the functional, as well as business team• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time, being a collaborative team member• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Hybris e-commerce software applications• Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing applications• Test applications to ensure they are functioning as expected and meet customer needs

Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris, Java, and related technologies• Involved in at least one SAP Commerce Cloud Implementation/Support• Experience with databases such as SQL and SAP HANA• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• SAP S/4 HANA ABAP Developer who has 5+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP Development• Involved in at least two S/4 HANA Implementations/Support, and at least one S/4 HANA system conversion• Application of SAP correction instructions, hot notes, SPAU & SPDD during upgrades• Proficient with SAP Web IDE, and Eclipse• Experience in developing ALV reports, Smart Forms, LSMW, BDC Recording, BAPI, BADIs and enhancements• Strong ABAP Dictionary Knowledge• Fine tuning of SAP objects and systems utilizing SAP best practices• Knowledge of APIs and Core Data Services (SAP CDS) in S/4 HANA• Additional experience/background in SAP ABAP Development, Gateway Services/OData Services will be good to have• Must be able to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced• Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 HANA system issues• Good working knowledge in SAP ERP systems and S/4 HANA
