SAP Analytics Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a SAP Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful SAP Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy process technology and information to increase effectiveness reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills work across different disciplines move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

As SAP Analytics consultant you will deliver innovative analytical/reporting solutions utilizing the most current versions of SAP solutions to ensure successful SAP implementations by collaborating with cross functional business and technical resources.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders of client companies and a proven track record designing and implementing S/4 HANA embedded analytics SAP HANA Cloud Solutions SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You will be a team player proactive an effective communicator with ability to work independently.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years’ experience in implementing SAP Analytical/Reporting for various industry sectors
• Technical understanding of one or more SAP software tools for analytics such as SAP Datasphere SAP S/4 HANA Embedded Analytcis SAP Analytics Cloud SAP HANA Cloud.
• Experience in the remediation of SAP BWonHANA or SAP BW/4 HANA when ECC is migrated to S/4 HANA.
• Develop functional/technical specification documents and design technical solution to support analytical/reporting deliverables
• Participated in all the aspects of the project life cycle; including gathering requirements Gap Analysis and blueprinting system configuration customization testing documenting deployment and training end-users
• min. 2 full cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics and minimum one implementation of SAP Datasphere SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA Cloud in production environment
• Experience with data acquisition tools (BODS SLT SDI ODQ/ODP CDS Cloud Connectors…)
• Working knowledge of SAP implementation activities from an Activate perspective Prepare Explore Realize Build Realize Test Deploy and Support to Sustainment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP/ABAP debugging/development skills
• Professional certificate related to the relevant domain (SAC HANA)
• Experience in Agile and Dev/Ops methodologies e.g. Scrum or SAFe
• Good knowledge of KPI identification approaches evaluation of BI/EDW Maturity as well as implement a BI/EDW Governance and BI/EDW Roadmap
• Develop and support Analytics Governance implementation and underlying organization model
• Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
