SAP Financial Systems Lead Analyst

If you have a bachelor's degree along with 6 plus years of experience designing and delivering enterprise SAP Finance solutions, we want to speak with you! We are currently seeking a SAP Financial Systems Lead Analyst to join our Information Services (IS) department in Richmond, VA but are open to a remote work arrangement.

The successful candidate will apply their expertise in SAP's Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to address all portions of the development life cycle to deliver integrated business solutions using SAP.

What you will be doing:

• Documenting and understanding business and system process flows
• Leading multi-functional design sessions and documenting business and system requirements with enterprise perspective
• Developing technical specifications based on functional specifications
• Defining, performing, or leading unit testing and assisting in the development of integration test scenarios, including supporting integration testing
• Creating and documenting transports and leading the technical change management process and cutover plans for projects
• Providing technical leadership to assist others in accomplishing work assignments

We want you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related subject area
• 6+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise SAP Finance solutions
• Self-directed, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including project management including excellent client engagement skills
• Experience with Treasury, Cash Management, AP, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing/Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Project Systems, and controls and compliance with SOX is preferred
• Delivering services levering agile and Dev/Sec/Ops methodologies
• Expert understanding of SAP transactional processing master data and configurations for FI and CO modules
• Knowledgeable in SAP ALE, SAP DDICC, and SAP batch job processing
• Experience with BI/BW, Solution Manager, ABAP, SAP ALE, Cyberfusion, or similar technologies is preferred
• Experience with supporting cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM, Vertex, etc.)
