SAP Functional Consultant Inventory Management (IM)

Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP’s SAP requirements and design as well as SAP configuration and deployment expertise. This position requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas especially the IM modules. Required experience includes designing/configuring business processes in SAP IM.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4 or more years of SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area including IM (Inventory Management).
• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering analysis design development documentation test (unit functional integration regression stress and user acceptance) implementation and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP IM modules (in a Tier 3 environment).
• Experience applying comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a recognized technical engineering scientific managerial business or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree
• This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher. US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Demonstrable IM experience
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Navy/Federal experience (DoD experience preferred)
