What you'll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Public Cloud Software Engineering

Location: Atlanta, GA

Expected start date to end date: June 2023 - August 2023

• You will be part of the Public Cloud ERP Engineering Unit and work within a Scrum team where you support and contribute within the sprints to deliver in highest quality functionalities for the PE Cloud ERP.
• From Quality initiatives to daily scrum meetings - your contribution will help us to deliver functionalities for the most integrated ERP solution in the market. You have the chance to work in diverse teams and learn from experienced Software Developers, Architects, Scrum Masters and Quality Engineers about how to make a daily impact in an agile team.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• You are a student of Information Systems, Business Information, Computer Science or something similar.
• You have first-hand experience with Java, Ruby, Node.js, HTML5, Python or any cross-platform programming language.
• Understanding of cloud native and Agile is part of your DNA.
• You are motivated, open minded, willing to take the leap and bring in a healthy sense of humor. (laughing together is key).
• Plus: Familiarity with S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP, SAP BTP, JAVA SDK and API.
• Understanding of business processes is always helpful.

• Knowledge of program languages and software development is super important to understand.

Meet your team:

You will start in the COO Office to get a first understanding of the organization. We are a team distributed over Germany, US and India. After the onboarding you will join a scrum team in one of the ERP Areas (Finance, Logistics, Quote to Cash or Production Planning). These teams are also not in one location only. This will help you to see the different cultural power we have at SAP and what makes working for us so amazing. To give your internship the additional flavor we will integrate you within one of our central teams for quality, content and tools. Within all teams we have an open minded discussion culture, we encourage everybody to go for the next step and exercise a positive feedback culture.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
